Born in 1991 in Michurinsk, Tambov Oblast. From childhood, she was interested in social sciences (social studies, economics, literature) and mathematics, which later determined her professional interest in finance and regional economics. She received her general education in Lipetsk, where she was also actively involved in volunteer work—participating in ensuring the city's environmental well-being and working with children with disabilities.
She received her higher education at the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration, specializing in Finance and Credit. During her student years, she devoted considerable attention to public and academic work. In 2012, she became a prize-winner of the "Young Leader of the City of Lipetsk" competition following the implementation of a project aimed at socializing children with disabilities, and also received the title "Lipetsk Woman of the Year" in the "Youth Leader" category for her significant contribution to the socio-economic development of the city. In 2015, she was awarded the Public Medal "For Active Civic Engagement and Patriotism." Her academic interests during that period focused on issues of local self-government and financial independence of municipalities, which led to successful practical training at the Finance Department of Lipetsk Oblast.
She began her professional career at her alma mater immediately after graduation—as an assistant, then as a lecturer in the Department of Economics and Finance. In parallel, she worked on her PhD dissertation, actively participating in academic and practical conferences at various levels.
In 2019, she moved to Moscow, focusing on her academic career in the position of research fellow at the Institute of Regional Economics and Interbudgetary Relations of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation. During this period, she researched various aspects of urban economics and supported projects for the development of strategic territorial planning documents. Her original methodological approach to developing a strategy for the socio-economic development of a municipality based on principles of public accountability formed the basis of her PhD dissertation, successfully defended in 2022. Subsequently, she assumed the position of deputy director of the research institute. With her active participation and under her leadership, large-scale research projects were implemented for a number of territories (Kirov, Arkhangelsk, Samara, Perm Krai, Barnaul, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug, and others) and industries (logistics, pharmaceutical and cement industries, agriculture).
She regularly participates in academic and expert events at the international and all-Russian levels, serves as an expert, and provides commentary on developments in regional economics and finance for business publications.
She lives and works in Moscow. She speaks English.
