Since childhood, Maxim has been interested in how organizations are structured, how data and economic processes are connected, and how the economy and business activities interact with the environment.
He received his higher education at the Russian State Vocational Pedagogical University at the intersection of pedagogy, psychology, economics, and management. He was actively involved in public activities at the university. He participated in research projects dedicated to analyzing the consumer market of housing and communal services in Russia.
He subsequently continued his education and scientific work at the Ural Federal University named after the first President of Russia B.N. Yeltsin. He was among the TOP-100 best graduates of the university. Graduate of the Department of Environmental Economics at the Ural Federal University named after the first President of Russia B.N. Yeltsin.
His scientific work is dedicated to issues of improving the municipal solid waste management system, environmental and economic assessment of waste management, circular economy, sustainable development of universities, and digitalization of environmentally oriented tools. Research results have been published in various-level editions.
He has successful practical work experience at the university, major Russian and international companies, as chief economist at one of the largest banks, and as chief analyst in the corporate banking sector, external and internal audit.
