Born in 1999 in Moscow.
Received his higher education at the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation, majoring in Political Science. During his student years, he actively participated in public and academic work.
Began his professional career at an organization developing digital projects in the field of public relations and communications, where he worked in media analytics and incident management. Subsequently, he decided to devote more time to academic activities and moved to the Institute of Regional Economics and Interbudgetary Relations at the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation.
After completing postgraduate studies, he successfully defended his dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences in specialty 5.2.3. "Regional and Sectoral Economics: Regional Economics."
Currently holds the position of Senior Research Fellow at the Institute. With his active participation, research projects have been implemented for a number of territories (Arkhangelsk, Samara, Barnaul, Perm Krai, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug, and others) and industries (logistics, pharmaceutical and cement industries, agriculture).
Regularly participates in academic and expert events at the international and all-Russian levels, serving as an expert.
Works in Moscow. Speaks English.
