Graduated from the International Faculty at Southwest University (Chongqing, PRC). Currently studying at the Faculty of International Economic Relations at the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation in the "International Energy Business" program.
Began his professional career at the Central Energy Customs. After some time, he moved to the Institute of China and Contemporary Asia of the Russian Academy of Sciences, where he focused on research in the field of China's energy sector.
Author of more than 10 scholarly works devoted to various aspects of the PRC's energy policy. Actively presents reports at academic conferences at the Institute of Oriental Studies RAS, IMEMO RAS, Lomonosov Moscow State University, and the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation. In addition, he has presented at international academic conferences in China, Turkey, and Mexico.
Research interests: international energy, energy sector and energy diplomacy of the PRC.
Holds the civil service rank of Referent of the State Civil Service of the Russian Federation, 3rd Class. Fluent in English and Chinese.
